IMPORTANT NOTES FOR SATURDAY'S EVENT:

Your Member Card number is your access code for ticket reservations.

Horseshoes – There will be “No Blind Draws” Teams will consist of 2 persons. Sign-ups will take place between 10am – 11:30am. First Teams pitching shoes will start at 10:30am. Trophies for the Overall Winning Team! Rules will be posted!

Raffles will be taking place throughout the day. The Main Local 11 Grand Prize Raffle will take place at 3:45pm sharp at the main stage.

Spirits will be sold at the Venue! Please keep in mind that this is a Family oriented event.

Disclaimer: No outside Alcohol is permitted in or on the Hollywood Sports Park Facility. Therefore, no “Coolers” will be permitted, with the exception of Parents carrying Infant Formula within a small-insulated bag.

Each member may obtain up to a total of four tickets on the following pages.  Multiple transactions by the same member that add up to a total ticket count above the limit of 4 will negate all purchase and all transactions will be cancelled.

Tickets must be reserved prior to the event and the number of tickets is limited.  Ticket reservations will end on Friday, October 3, 2025, or when the available tickets have been exhausted.
